Winter is pouring down on sections of the country. Yesterday I discussed Garden Literature Index for those preparing for Spring planting. Today, I'm thinking of traveling to someplace warm and sunny! Hospitality & Tourism Complete is an Ebsco database that covers scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism. Coverage includes periodicals, company and country reports, and books from domestic and international sources. Subject areas include culinary arts, demographics and statistics, development and investment, food and beverage management, hospitality law, hotel management and administrative practices, leisure and business travel, market trends, technology, and more.
When you click on the link in GALILEO the interface is the standard Ebsco base. After your search comes up then you have the snazzier interface!
As in Garden Literature Index you find a number of articles that are not full text. You may request the article through Inter Library Loan!
