We the People

Constitution Week begins September 17th. Thanks to the Britannica Blog for highlighting this priceless clip. As they noted, we all 'know' the Preamble - don't we?

If you're like Barney- go ahead and learn the Preamble again so you'll be ready to say it clearly to everyone on September 17.
