There is no time

The Media keep telling us to eat less and excercise more. The game machine Wii is being touted in the Sept/Oct AARP magazine as a way for older adults to get more excercise. According to The News Market the Wii was demonstrated at a recent AARP gathering and received glowing comments.

What if your job requires you to sit at a computer for hours at a time? How do you get excercise during your work day?

You can walk to ask a question rather than send an e-mail.
You can climb the stairs rather than take the elevator.

What else can you do? At DIYLife Dan Chilton notes several web sites that offer suggestions for ways to get moving and tone muscles while sitting at a desk.

And of course in GALILEO there is Consumer Health Complete an Ebsco database (with pictures as entry points for books). Use excercise as the search term, look at the tabs across the top - there is a tab for video and animation! With an RSS feed.

This is a much friendlier Ebsco interface.
