Twittering

I'm trying out Twitter while at ALA. I added a badge to MySpace. You can read my adventures from there.

Will I continue to use it after ALA? I doubt it- not unless I get lots of real friends who use Twitter.

I can see the benefit if you have people you really know as Twitter friends. It's a quick way to get in touch and keep in touch.

The drawback for use at conferences is the roaming charge for some cell phone services.

One can't know what will work till you try it!
