Reading on the Road

Have you gotten to the airport and realized- no book to read but lots of time to wait for the plane? USA Today Columnist, Harriett Baskas offers these thoughts.....

"Love to read but not willing to shell out full price for a book you buy at the airport?

You don't have to.

And, like their counterparts at the mall, many airport bookstores offer frequent-buyer bonuses, coupons, gift-with-purchase or other incentives. There are even a handful of airports where used-book lovers will find fun browsing, cut-rate titles and even a book swapping program. .....

Ms. Basak continues with interesting tidbits about airport bookstores!

If you plan ahead- NMTC has a swap cart of paperbacks by the front door of the library!
