-------Advanced Search (that's the key- select the Advanced Search tab)
-----------Fill in your search term (I looked for potato salad)
--------------Limit your results to "full text"
-----------------Scroll down to document type- select recipes
-------------------Click search

VOILA! 31 recipes for potato salad appear on the screen.
