Day 5

This is Day 5 of the Tuesday/Thursday classes for this quarter. The Librarian shares how to use GALILEO to the Introduction to Computers classes (SCT 100) on Day 5.

We're using the demo of the updated GALILEO "at http://purl.galileo.usg.edu/demo. This implementation represents an effort to incorporate the WebFeat federated search box into the current GALILEO environment and to put in place the infrastructure that allows
launching a search from GALILEO into WebFeat." You will love how it searches multiple databases at once!

The password for home use of GALILEO is available to the citizens of Georgia from your librarian. Some resources noted in this BLOG are only available to NMTC patrons.
