Out go the books

Yes, they are moving books out of one building into other buildings. "The University of Texas will convert its Undergraduate Library, located in the Peter T. Flawn Academic Center between the Student Union building and the UT Tower, into a nearly bookless "digital information center."

The books aren't really going "out". The books are being moved from one place to another to better utilize the space UT/Austin has at its disposal.
